What's the early-bird price, and when does it end?

$24.99/year through November 15, 2026. That's the whole household, every feature, for up to 4 people in total (you plus 3 others). It's an introductory launch price and may change at any time after that date without notice, so the best time to lock it in is now.

What's the difference between with and without Tahana AI?

Only the AI. Both cost the same and include every other feature. With Tahana AI, your household gets the AI assistant, receipt scanning and food photo estimates. Without Tahana AI, there are no AI buttons or features anywhere in your Tahana, and nothing you store is ever sent to an AI model. The household owner can switch between them at any time in Settings, at no cost.

Can Tahana AI make mistakes?

Yes. Tahana AI, receipt scanning and food photo estimates can get things wrong, so please double-check anything important, especially money, health and medication. They aren't financial, medical or legal advice, and our Terms of Service limit our responsibility for errors. If something looks wrong, tell us with Report a problem in the app.

Can I try Tahana without paying?

Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free and needs no card: the full Family Calendar, shared events and reminders, calendar sync, shopping lists, and the meal planner and recipe library, plus the Budget Calendar at 10 transactions a month. Use it as long as you like. The Household plan is a straight purchase when you're ready, and if it isn't for you, email us within 48 hours of paying for a full refund.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Can I use Tahana by myself (not as a household)?

Absolutely. Tahana works great as a personal finance, health, and organization tool even if you live alone. The household sharing features are optional.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Link and PayPal, through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on secure enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.
